Bizzy Promoter Terms

1. Becoming a promoter

When you get a promoter link you become an independent promoter for that event. You are not an employee or agent of Bizzy or the event host. You share your link, and you are not required to set up a bank account or complete identity verification to start.

2. How you earn

When someone buys a ticket through your link, you earn a commission set by the event host (shown to you when your link is issued and fixed for that link). Commission is credited to your Bizzy wallet as a Pending balance.

• You earn nothing on tickets you buy through your own link.
• Each sale is final. Refunds happen only if the host or Bizzy cancels the event before it ends.

3. When earnings become available

A pending commission becomes Available to withdraw only after the event ends plus a short chargeback-protection buffer. Pending earnings are never withdrawable.

4. Reversals & clawbacks

If a sale is refunded or a card payment is disputed, the related commission is reversed. If it was already available or withdrawn, the reversal is applied as an offsetting adjustment, which can make your balance negative. While your balance is negative, withdrawals are blocked and future earnings are applied to the shortfall first.

5. Withdrawals

• Before your first withdrawal you complete Stripe Connect payout setup (legal name, date of birth, tax ID and bank details).
• A minimum available balance is required to withdraw.
• Standard payouts are free.
• Instant payouts are optional and charge a fee (the greater of a fixed minimum or a small percentage of the amount).
• Stripe payout fees come out of your earnings.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. Bizzy (via Stripe) may issue tax forms where required by law; your earnings are reportable income whether or not a form is issued.

7. Fair use

Don't use spam, misleading claims, or fraudulent traffic to drive clicks or sales. Bizzy may hold, review, or reverse earnings and suspend links tied to abuse or fraud.

8. Changes

Bizzy may update these terms; the commission rate attached to a link you already hold does not change for that link.
